Text as part of a wall picture

In a wall picture featuring text, typography becomes part of the composition. The words themselves matter, but so do size, contrast and the proportions between text and any other graphic elements. A compact design can work subtly, while a larger version makes a clearer statement on the wall.

Consider viewing distance and size

Decide the distance from which the text will usually be viewed and how much free wall space is available. A large format can quickly dominate a smaller wall. Compare colours with furniture and other decoration too. Specific size and finish options vary by product and appear on the relevant product page.
